SUUUPER LATE UPDATE HAHA OOPS

An update to Aram's app that should have happened like year ago. I re-edited the information so that it mostly pertains to just the stuff that's changed: please take a look at his original app for what he's like normally! He's... usually not this much of an ass. D:

Credits: Thanks to Khelgar and ArtOfDecay-Stock for textures (again). :D I also used a couple frost and snow brushes, but I don't remember whose they were. OTL If anyone knows/if that person wants credit, please let me know!

Personality: Aram deals poorly with grief. When Prince Castor died, Aram went missing for nearly a year because he thought of his friend's death as his fault, and was therefore too ashamed to show his face to anyone. He did regain his original cheer over time, though he will always miss his prince. However, the deaths of his two remaining siblings have made him a bitter, violent man.

History: Aram went missing for about 6 months after Mel's death, but he knew that this time, he had no choice but to return eventually. Because Prince-Bishop Ross Merdaine was in no way ready or able to lead the kingdom on his own, Aram could not afford the luxury of disappearing until he was done mourning like he did after Prince Castor's death. Being still in training, running the kingdom on his own was more than anyone could expect from the young Prince-Bishop, and as a result things fell apart in Persephoneia during the time that Aram was gone.

In his absence the highest ranking of the remaining Elementalists, disorganized and disoriented, had turned to hiring mercenaries to help them fight against the newly emboldened outlaws, but even that had not been enough. For the first time in a millennia, the criminal underworld had a chance like never before. There was no Attorney General Mel watching the streets with keen eyes, eagerly brandishing Moltres’ righteous flames to utterly destroy any evil that dared peek from the shadows. At first there had been fear that the High Constable would immediately combine both factions of Elementalists under his leadership, and bring the full force of their combined powers to bear on the lawless. Which is what Aram should have done. But fortunately, at least for those lawbreakers, nobody stepped forward, and the forces responsible for upholding law and order were left broken and weakened.

Since his return, the Articuno has filled the roles of both High Constable and Attorney General with a newfound aggression and an eerily uncharacteristic fire in his eyes. He has been forced to work at a furious pace in order to contain the seething masses of criminals that had seeped out from the cracks created by Lord Mel’s death like pus from a wound; a wound Aram’s absence had allowed to become infected to the point where citizens of Persephoneia lived in fear like never before.

Aram took to purging the new population of villains with nearly sadistic glee. At first, when he had gone on his first mission to Port Town he had felt remorse when he had frozen criminal and citizen alike with his first overtly enthusiastic Blizzard. But slowly he found himself forgetting to care. It was like a catharsis for all of his recent pain. He was hurting, and he didn't want to feel it himself. It was easier if the pain was someone else’s. He let Articuno’s power surface and explode from his body, despite the fact it was midsummer. He was a force of nature, and if Zapdos hadn’t been tied down by a brand new host, it probably would have attacked him outright for his intrusion into its season. It was probably furious. Irregular snowstorms blanketed random parts of the kingdom as Aram flew from city to city, and Winter took over Summer.

It worked. The crime population was scared, and they couldn’t scramble for cover fast enough. Unfortunately, it left the citizenry feeling the same way. The irregular seasonal weather killed off most, if not all, of the kingdom's crops, resulting in a famine. The royal stockpiles that are usually reserved for such happenings remained untouched; the last Ruler was too preoccupied with distracting himself with violence for anything else.

TL;DR: PERSE'S GONE TO SH*T, GOOD JOB ARAM.

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -

- Since bonding he has harbored an intense fear of losing his loved ones and being left alone, though it was somewhat minimized once all 3 of his siblings bonded with legendaries and also became immortal. He comforted himself with the thought that at least they would always have each other, even if everything else they knew and loved faded away. His world has since been shattered, as the siblings he promised himself would always be there have left him alone.
- He didn't know Mel (Wilhelmina) very well as a child due to her being 12 years older; but after receiving the office of High Constable, their similar stations, work ethic, and shared command of the Elementalists resulted in a mutual respect. Since her death (following the deaths of Castor and Caine) he finds himself the last of the original Persephoneian rulers, and is bitter that he is not truly of de Persephoneian blood.
- I was supposed to draw him wearing his helmet since he's supposed to be in battle, but I totally forgot.
